Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients and introduce company services
Generate and qualify sales leads
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Update customer records and lead databases
Support business development and marketing activities

Requirements

Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
Willingness to travel when required
