Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic travel services team. If you have hands-on experience with global booking systems and a passion for delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle flight and hotel bookings using global reservation systems
Advise clients on travel options, schedules, and pricing
Issue tickets and confirm travel details accurately
Modify or cancel bookings as requested by clients
Coordinate with airlines and hotels to ensure smooth arrangements
Process payments and generate invoices
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing or travel services
Proficiency in reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Cybers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and within a team
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
