Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Time Keeper with 4–5 years of proven experience in time management and attendance tracking, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project environments. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record and maintain employee attendance, working hours, and overtime.

Monitor site entry/exit times and ensure compliance with attendance policies.

Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments for timely submission of attendance reports.

Maintain daily manpower reports and site-wise labor deployment sheets.

Ensure all attendance data is correctly captured in the system/manual registers.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on timekeeping metrics.

Address any discrepancies or concerns related to attendance with relevant supervisors or department heads.

Assist in the onboarding of new workers and ensuring their timekeeping records are maintained from day one.

Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures related to attendance and timekeeping.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience as a Time Keeper or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of attendance systems and timekeeping software/tools (manual or digital).

Experience in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing] preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
