Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Timekeeper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce attendance management, timesheet preparation, and coordination with HR and project teams to ensure accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and monitor daily attendance of employees and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
Verify manpower deployment across project sites.
Coordinate with HR and Payroll for accurate salary processing.
Track overtime, leave, absences, and shift schedules.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Generate manpower and attendance reports for management.
Coordinate with site supervisors regarding workforce allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support workforce planning and project administration activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the Construction, MEP, or Fit-Out industry.
Strong knowledge of attendance management and payroll-related documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Experience with ERP or HRMS systems is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
