Description
Job Purpose:
The Training Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling training programs and services to individuals and corporate clients. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their training needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s training programs to individuals and organizations.
• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and events.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training courses or packages.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to build client base.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
