Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth scheduling, efficient routing, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of goods/services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate transport schedules.
• Manage drivers, vehicles, and routes to ensure timely operations.
• Monitor vehicle movements and handle delivery documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in cost control and optimizing transport efficiency.
