Description
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a travel agent or consultant is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of travel systems (Sabre, etc.) and booking software.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, visas, and insurance.
• Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services accurately.
• Promote travel deals and packages to meet sales targets.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and provide top-notch customer service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
