Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of hand tools, hardware products, and PCE industrial plugs & sockets across assigned routes in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence while ensuring timely deliveries and proper product display.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Promote and sell Luminous World hand tools, hardware items, and PCE industrial plug & socket products directly from the sales van.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product penetration in assigned territories.
Identify new customers, contractors, workshops, technical stores, and industrial clients.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance based on customer needs.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
Route Management & Delivery
Plan daily routes efficiently to maximize coverage.
Ensure timely delivery of products and manage van stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and product returns (if any).
Market Knowledge & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market demand.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
Stay updated with market trends in hardware, tools, and industrial electrical materials.
Requirements:
Valid Saudi Driving License (manual or automatic).
Proven experience in van sales, preferably in tools, hardware, or industrial electrical materials.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market—especially hardware stores, workshops, and industrial areas.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel, mobile apps, invoicing systems).
Presentable, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling hand tools, hardware, or electrical products.
Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to speak English and Arabic (advantage).
