Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Setup

Install and configure Floward flower vending machines at new locations.

Ensure machines are properly calibrated, connected, and fully functional upon deployment.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure high machine uptime and reduce breakdowns.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and technical issues.

Perform corrective actions to address recurring problems and prevent future failures.

Clean, adjust, and replace faulty components as needed.

3. Machine Operations & Quality Control

Monitor machine performance and ensure they meet Floward quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety, temperature control, humidity, and overall machine readiness—especially important for fresh flowers.

Ensure proper cooling, lighting, and internal environment suitable for flower storage.

4. Stocking & Replenishment

Refill machines with flowers and gifting products according to guidelines.

Ensure proper product rotation, freshness, and display quality.

Track inventory levels and coordinate with the operations/warehouse team for timely replenishment.

5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, customer complaints, or urgent support requests.

Provide on-site assistance to resolve errors such as stuck items, payment issues, or product jams.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, replacements, and machine performance.

Report recurring issues or improvement suggestions to the Vending Machines Supervisor.

Track spare parts inventory and request materials when needed.

7. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Vending Machines Supervisor, operations team, and technicians.

Support in training junior technicians if required.
