Key Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Sales Strategies

Design and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share across financial institutions and merchants.

Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships. Understand clients’ objectives and align Visa’s offerings to meet their business needs.

Prospecting & Business Development

Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities. Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach and market research.

Solution Selling

Present and sell Visa’s full suite of products—payment processing, loyalty programs, and digital issuance solutions—using a consultative approach.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation

Prepare compelling, customized proposals and negotiate favorable contractual agreements with prospective and existing clients.

Market Insight & Positioning

Stay informed on payment trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and add strategic value to clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to develop and deliver seamless client solutions.

Post-Sales Support

Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement by providing ongoing support and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience

Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the payments or fintech industry.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, including the four-party model, financial institutions, and merchant dynamics.

Client Understanding: Ability to navigate complex financial institutions, identify key decision-makers, and understand their challenges and priorities.

Consultative Selling: Skilled in understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.

Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiation and contract management with a track record of closing high-value deals.

Strategic Mindset: Capable of developing actionable sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
