Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to oversee the visual presentation of our clothing retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing inspiring visual displays, window setups, and in-store layouts that capture our customers' attention, enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales. You will play a key role in promoting our fashion collections and maintaining our brand image across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display Design & Execution: Create and implement eye-catching window displays, dressing mannequins, and in-store visual setups according to seasonal trends and brand guidelines.
• Store Layout Optimization: Arrange clothing items, accessories, and promotional fixtures strategically to maximize customer flow and maximize sales.
• Inventory & Trend Alignment: Collaborate with the retail team to highlight new arrivals, best-sellers, and promotional stock.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the store's visual presentation consistently reflects the brand's identity, aesthetics, and high standards.
• Signage & Lighting: Manage in-store signage, pricing labels, and lighting to enhance product visibility and appeal.
• Feedback & Analysis: Monitor sales data and customer reactions to visual changes, adjusting displays to optimize performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, specifically within clothing or fashion retail.
• Skills: Strong creativity, a sharp eye for fashion styling, color theory, and spatial awareness.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and retail merchandising best practices.
• Communication: Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of setting up store displays.
• Location: Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
