The Waiter will provide excellent food and beverage service to restaurant guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires efficient and friendly service, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the restaurant's high standards of customer care. Immediate start required.
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu items.
Accurately take orders for food and beverages and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve orders promptly and ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Clear and reset tables after guests leave, preparing them for the next seating.
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Respond professionally and promptly to guest inquiries and complaints.
Work closely with the team to provide smooth and coordinated service.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Immediate availability to start.

Salary:

SAR 1,200 - SAR 1,600 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
