Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Waiter & Barista.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, preparing coffee and other drinks, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages following company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and coffee preparation areas.
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and handling payments.
Provide recommendations on menu items and address customer inquiries.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter, barista, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in speaking English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food service practices is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
