About the Role

We are seeking a polished, professional, and guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to become part of our fine dining team. You will play a key role in crafting an unforgettable experience for our discerning guests, upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings
Take and deliver orders with precision and attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and discreetly
Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and floor staff
Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies with care
Process payments and ensure a smooth, warm farewell for every guest

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
Deep knowledge of fine dining etiquette and table service standards
Familiarity with food and beverage menus
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Can speak English, Arabic is a plus

Preferably in Jeddah, have valid and transferable iqama.
