We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on customers during their meals and respond to requests.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged tables.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Prepare and present bills and assist with payment procedures when required.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations.
Replenish service items such as cutlery, napkins, and menus.
Follow company policies, service standards, and grooming requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.
