We are looking for a highly motivated and attentive waitress to join our team at a restaurant. As a waitress, you will be responsible for following the guidance of your supervisor to provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that the dining experience is enjoyable and memorable for our customers.

Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for customers.

Provide knowledgeable and personalised services, including menu recommendations.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.

Take and deliver accurate orders efficiently and gracefully.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and personalised order preferences.

Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including tables and chairs.
