Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service.
Train and manage waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a supervisory role in a hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
