We are seeking 10 professional and customer-focused Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in customer service is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented and customer-focused.
