As a Warehouse Incharge, you will manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure the safe handling of goods, and develop strategies to optimize storage and distribution.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular audits
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics
- Monitor and manage warehouse team performance and productivity
- Ensure proper safety measures are in place and adhered to
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools
