Technical Skills: Proven and advanced experience with accounting software, especially Odoo (warehouse management, purchase orders, and inventory).

Professional Skills: Proficiency in conducting accurate periodic and annual inventory counts.

Ability to organize storage spaces and implement occupational health and safety standards.

Excellent skills in preparing inventory reports and monitoring minimum order quantities.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments and ensuring they match invoices and specifications.

Recording all inventory transactions (outgoing/incoming) on ​​the Odoo system immediately.

Organizing and arranging goods within the warehouse for easy access.

Monitoring inventory movement and ensuring no spoilage or shortages.

Supervising loading and unloading personnel to ensure product safety.
