Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of cabinet and furniture components.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems specific to wood, hardware, and finished furniture products.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
Lead and train warehouse staff, monitor performance, and enforce standard operating procedures.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse KPIs.
Manage stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a cabinet, furniture, or wood manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with handling MDF, plywood, hardware fittings, and finished furniture products.
Experience in lean warehousing and space optimization techniques.
