We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.

The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team and maintain safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control processes.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods.

Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and other departments.

Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.

Enforce health, safety, and warehouse procedures.

Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and flexible to work shifts if required.
