Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily warehouse operations, inventory, and stock control for our golf cart business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in warehouse management, golf cart parts and stock, and Odoo inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
Manage and maintain accurate golf cart stocks, spare parts, batteries, chargers, accessories, and related materials.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in Odoo.
Manage goods receiving, transfers, deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments.
Maintain proper warehouse organization, labeling, and storage procedures.
Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Maintenance teams regarding stock requirements.
Prepare inventory and warehouse reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company warehouse policies and safety procedures.
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Previous experience in golf cart, automotive, spare parts, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of golf cart stocks, spare parts, and inventory management.
Minimum 35 years of age.
Odoo experience is mandatory. Candidates without Odoo experience are requested not to apply.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
Good leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple warehouse activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience supervising warehouse personnel is required.
