We are looking for a motivated and responsible Water Sports Instructor to join our team . The role involves delivering safe and enjoyable water sports activities while also supporting daily operations and equipment management.

This is not limited to instruction only, but also includes handling and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct safety briefings and guide customers during activities
Supervise kayaking, paddleboarding, and other water sessions
Assist beginners and ensure a positive customer experience
Set up and prepare equipment before each session
Inspect, maintain, and take care of all equipment on a daily basis
Report any damages or issues immediately
Clean, store, and organize equipment properly after use
Monitor weather and follow safety procedures
Support daily operations and team requirements

Requirements

Must be able to swim confidently
Good communication skills (English required)
Active, responsible, and customer-focused
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Team player with strong work ethic
