We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wood Joinery Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wood joinery operations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and meeting project deadlines.

Plan, schedule, and supervise the work of joinery crews.

Ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.

Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices

Collaborate with project managers to estimate material costs and labor hours for joinery projects.

Oversee the inventory of wood, hardware, and other joinery materials.

Track material usage and identify areas for cost savings.

Place orders for necessary materials and supplies.

Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all joinery equipment and machinery.

Schedule regular maintenance checks and repairs.

Train staff on the safe and proper use of equipment.

Requirement :

Interested candidates who is having experience in working with doors, frames, windows, furniture's, kitchen cabinets, bedroom cabinets, interior fit out, can apply for this position.

Must have 5-7 years of experience in similar role in GCC

Must have good communication in English and Hindi.

Must have knowledge in using CAD/CAM software to design and manufacture products.

Should have knowledge in preparing the estimation.
