Description
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee our workshop operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop activities and staff
Ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs
Monitor quality control and safety standards
Communicate with customers and provide updates on vehicle status
Maintain accurate records of work orders and repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and workshop operations
Excellent communication skills
