I have a strong knowledge of world-class manufacturing methodologies, such as KAIZEN, LEAN, 6 SIGMA, OEE, and 5S, and have successfully implemented cutting-edge automation and cost-cutting initiatives in multiple factories. Some of my achievements include increasing the Himalayan salt crushing capacity by 700%, boosting the export containers by 150% per month, and commissioning two high-care frozen and retort ready-to-eat meals factories with a combined capacity of 60,000 meals per day.
