RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Happily greet, welcome and accompany guests at their reserved tables according to their prepaid
tickets.
2.Present,introduce and explain our menus to guests.
3.Monitor customers after studying menus and take orders at their convenience using Ipads.
4.Serve guests set up at their tables as they wait for their orders.
5.Follow up guests' orders at the bar and kitchen and served them following the set sequence of order.
6.Keep check with the customer and give them company ensuring everything is served on time and any
extra orders.
7.Monitor guests' tables and request the stewarding team to clear any items out of use.
Steward
1. Brushing and Mopping Floors before,during and after operations maintaining standard hygiene.
2.Clearing debris from cooking items for the chefs for reuse.
3.Replacing and reorganizing cookware,cutlery,glasses,plates etc in their specific racks and categories after
cleaning with the Dishwasher machine. 4.Removing used hot dishes and replacing them with new ones,
packing and loading them in the trucks for transportation.
5.Preparing and packing all required banqueting items,loading and off loading them for events in different
locations e.g KAFD Ramadhan Season,Diriyah Formula 1 Occasion etc
6.Hygienically cleaning and polishing hot dishes,cutlery and all other banquet cookware and packing them
in their specific storage.
7.Assisting Chefs in hot and cold kitchens by cleaning and availing all cookware they need before and
during operations.
8. Thorough cleaning of dish-wash machines at the assigned stations and recording their temperatures for
monitoring by the engineering teams.

2.Present the Menus to the Patrons,make recommendations as they take their Eat in Orders
3.Follow up the Guests' Eat in Order after they make their Orders.
4.Serve the patrons following the recommended sequence of service to their satisfaction
5.Check back and Confirm the Guests meal has been served or take any extra Orders and
recommend after meals drinks or dessert
6.Pack and Present any take away meals as per the Guests' request.
7.Clear and clean the tables after the Guests leave.

2.Scan and Search Personnel and Luggage accessing the designated Areas within the Airport to

4.Assist and Effectively Direct Lost,Disabled and Elder Customers and Visitors to their Satisfaction.
