All Technical support & direct supervision of the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of all Facilities inside MIC (Military Industries. Corporation) in Al-Kharj.
Study and design all new installation including Rotating and Skid Mounted equipment and make its value engineering to execute within the required time and budget.
Preparation of tender documents including technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities details from design & project cost.
Study contractors tender offers technically & make evaluation reports.
Supervise all projects installation procedure including any design modification, material approval, time schedule and progress.
Testing and commissioning all newly installation, modification and variation orders and report any primary remarks.
Follow up the operation and prepare final remarks before final handing over.
Prepare all technical specification for required spare parts & recommend the required stock.
Involved in any required technical report about working equipment’s, facilities and infrastructure.

MIC ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN AL-KHARJ

Direct supervise the Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment/system, Infra structure, MEP & Utilities construction of: WTP, SWT, Residential buildings, Public buildings, Hospital, mosques, gas station, show rooms, gates. & its Infra structure: networks & plants: power station, R.O. potable water station, sewage treatment plants, deep wells, water tanks, firefighting systems, gas distribution system, Rotating and Skid Mounted equipment, Pumping stations, Irrigation system, … for TWAIK LABOUR HOUSING COMPLEX.
Direct supervise the Design, construction, Testing, Commissioning, Quality/quantity control, Safety of mechanical Infra structure, Equipment installation, Pumping stations, Irrigation system …etc. for MOH projects & different streets projects in Riyadh.
Projects:
• Gulf complex (labor housing Complex in Twaik: 240 buildings + 120 beds hospital +2 hotel + 2wtp + SWTP + power house + 4 deep wells + 3 firefighting & irrigation pumping stations + 20 show rooms + 4 mosques + cars gas station + 8 cooking gas stations.
• Infrastructure for some roads in AL-Riyadh City.
• Housing Project in Taimaa 776 units & its infrastructure & public buildings.
• Housing Project in Thadec 138 units & its infrastructure & public buildings.

Performing the design of R.O. Plants (P & I Process diagram) based on raw water analysis using membrane software like ROSA, G.E. to size no of vessels & membranes according to applications & design accordingly pipes, pumps evaporation ponds, cooling towers, Rotating and Skid Mounted equipment, pre & post treatment, transmission lines, tanks.
Make primary design for new beds & price actual electro-mechanical cost.
Prepare shop drawings, in AutoCAD format. describe layout and arrangement of equipment, buildings, tanks, vessels, and piping systems for the various projects (potable water and wastewater plants). This includes development of piping and instrumentation diagrams, schematics, general arrangement, piping, elevation, isometric, and other drawings.
Prepare Projects submittals for Client approval.
Prepare bill of materials for equipment, pipes and all accessories for plant.
Communicate with Consultant regarding Submittals for getting approvals.
Communicate with site engineers to solve the installation problems.
Prepare the As-Built Drawings.
Supervise the construction, testing commissioning, handing over then O & M of Constructed Plants as Electro- Mechanical Projects Manager.
Working as Contractor Quality Manager for (SANG). U. S. Army the consultant of the project.

Working as Electro-Mechanical projects Manager in Hunnay Plant, Ar-Ar Plant & Maddinah Munnawarah Plant, to complete the construction, testing commissioning, handing over then O & M of Constructed Plant

Buwaib Water treatment plant 35000 Cu Meter/day.

• Responsibility for all MEP & Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance aspects of the project and do coordination between all sites in terms of manpower, spare parts, materials and equipment’s.
• Managing the project activities and control of the related personnel.
Full in charge of commissioning, Inspection, corrective & preventive Maintenance, handing over, test operation & setting maintenance schedules of Civil, mechanical & electrical equipments / installations, Plants & Networks facilities of IMAM University in Riyadh including the following:
1- 10,000 m3/day activated sludge sewage treatment plant.
2- 300 m3/day R.O. plant for closed circuit water network for chillers.
3- Total 6 units of YORK 5600HP Chillers with chilled water networks, return & supply with their air handling / fan coil units.
4- Two units of 25 MVA gas turbine generators & 2 steps down transformers & main electrical distribution panel, switchgear & medium voltage loop rings.
5- Sludge treatment & drying system.
6- Electrical sub-stations & emergency diesel Generators.
7- Water tower, drinking water pumping station, chlorination & networks.
8- Pumping stations for Potable water, irrigation treated water & sewage water & its networks.
9- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
10- CCMS-BMS systems, Steafa Control system for Air Handling units & Johnson temperature control.

Perform operation and maintenance of Powerhouse Equipment’s, load, security, and Maintenance works during shifts.
Prepare report about main events during the shift regarding plant load, equipments, Tripping, Instruction of control center of Electricity networks any running or planned requested Maintenance.
Full Control of powerhouse staff during the shifts.
