We are looking for an HR cum Administrative Officer to join our team.
Requirements and skills
Solid knowledge of LMRA, SIO, Sijilat, and Tamkeen procedures
Solid knowledge of office procedures
At least 1 year experience in HR and administration
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
HR management skill is a plus
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Responsibilities
Answer queries by clients and provide support.
Update office policies as needed
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters and emails)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Schedule in-house and external events
