Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and reception area
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Provide administrative support to the management team
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
Develop and implement effective administrative processes

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an administrative role
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
