Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Secretary/Admin to support the daily operations of our startup.
The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, client and vendor coordination, company formation processes for Bahrain and Saudi, handle corporate and social media accounts, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle documents related to company formation and registration processes
Handle correspondence, including email and calls
Contact and coordinate with clients and vendors
Create and handle social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
Coordinate travel plans, scheduling and bookings
Support the management with the admin tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of experience in an administrative or junior-level support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Ability to multitask
