Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Support merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves and creating displays.
Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
