Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Female Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, with strong communication and organizational skills.
As an office admin, you will be responsible for managing office documents, interacting with customers, and assisting with various employee and sales-related inquiries.
Preferably candidate should have residence in jeddah.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office documents, files, and records for easy access.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Assist in dealing with inquiries related to sales and employee needs.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage office schedules.
Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or related field.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
