Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a proactive and efficient Admin cum Secretary to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Assist in office management and ensure smooth operations.
Serve as a point of contact between agents, clients, contractors and employees.
Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant documents.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in travel arrangements, event planning, and other secretarial duties.
Handle payments and transactions related to EWA, GOSI, LMRA, and other government-related services.

Requirements:

Applicant must be currently in Bahrain.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is a plus.
Experience in handling EWA, GOSI, LMRA, and other payments is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
