Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruitment Officer with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles
• Talent sourcing, headhunting, and screening
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs
• Coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
• Working closely with project managers to understand manpower needs
• Managing ATS and recruitment databases
• Ensuring timely hiring and compliance with labor regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• *Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Construction industry recruitment
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of technical construction roles
• Must be fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
