Description

Position Overview:

The Chief Enterprise Officer will lead our enterprise sales division, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge Telecom/ICT solutions to our B2B clients.

The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of the Telecom/ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Telecom/ICT enterprise sector.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align offerings with market demands.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all business dealings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in B2B Telecom/ICT enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must be a Bahraini
Strong understanding of Telecom/ICT solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and digital transformation offerings.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
