Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support workforce development and economic empowerment initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support workforce development.
Collaborate with government entities, NGOs, and private sector partners.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training and development needs.
Provide support to individuals and businesses participating in HR programs.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations on program progress and impact.
Maintain knowledge and familiarity with HR systems.
Requirements:
Strong experience in HR systems, such as Time Tech.
Good background in Tamkeen programs, including NEP, WIP, and Enterprise Support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3 years of experience in workforce development or related areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
