We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support and strengthen our delivery operations across fleet management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will support daily logistics operations, rider performance monitoring, partner coordination, and operational reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery operations and fleet activities
Support rider onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking
Monitor KPIs (delivery time, cancellations, utilization, SLA compliance)
Prepare operational reports and performance summaries
Assist in implementing SOPs and process improvements
Coordinate with partners and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements

3–5+ years experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations
Prior operational experience in Bahrain market required
Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
Experience working with rider fleets preferred
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
