Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, cost control, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues.
Oversee site operations and ensure effective communication among project teams.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
