We are looking for a Female Office Assistant/Data Entry with 2+ years of experience in KSA to join our team

Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management
Accurately enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases
Maintain and update records regularly
Ensure all information is correct and well-organized
Document Handling
Prepare, scan, print, and file documents
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
Retrieve documents when required
Office Support
Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing emails or correspondence
Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant department
Coordination & Communication
Communicate with staff and clients in a professional manner
Support team members with basic administrative needs
Schedule meetings or appointments when required
Basic Computer Work
Use MS Word, Excel, and other office software efficiently
Prepare reports, letters, and simple presentations
Accuracy & Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure high level of accuracy in all tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Required Office Assistant Datta Entry
Iqama Valid Transfer Able
Probation Period 1 Month
Nationality Any
Candidates with strong experience and relevant qualifications will be provided with a visa
