Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to manage and operate a burger restaurant kitchen.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in burger concepts / fast casual restaurants
• Strong knowledge of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste
• Experience in grilling, burger preparation, sauces, and plating
• Strong skills in kitchen management, staff supervision, and hygiene standards
• Knowledge of inventory control and food cost management
