Description
Roasakva Cafe is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to lead our operations team.
Preferred Applicant:
Any Nationality
Filipino nationality (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Store Manager in café/restaurant operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales growth, cost control, and inventory management
Knowledge in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle daily operations and ensure smooth service
Familiar with Foodics POS systems
Good knowledge on Microsoft office applications
