Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will ensure the timely availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure high-quality food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies
Identify and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams
Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply issues
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
Control costs while maintaining premium product quality
Stay updated on market trends and pricing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably in hospitality or fine dining
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of food quality standards and supplier management
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury or fine dining establishments
Familiarity with international suppliers and premium ingredients
