Job description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter to assist in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and have a basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and local recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or internships in talent acquisition is a plus
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and employment regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Fresh graduates with internships in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
