We are hiring Receptionist to join our team
Salary : Negotiable
Duty hours : 8 hours / 26 days
Age : Below 30 years

Core Duties and Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Welcoming visitors, issuing badges, and directing them to the appropriate person.Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, as well as managing incoming/outgoing mail and email correspondence.Scheduling & Administration: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing basic clerical support such as filing, scanning, and faxing.Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, and monitoring/ordering office supplies.Support Services: Assisting with meeting preparations, such as setting up rooms, organizing catering, and arranging travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment like printers and fax machines.Interpersonal Skills: A professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
