Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible female office staff member to join our team.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Experience in office administration
Good communication and telephone handling skills
Ability to prepare reports and maintain records
Fast typing and computer skills
Ability to handle emails and online work
Well organized and punctual
Professional attitude and teamwork skills
English speaking preferred
Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Handling daily office work
Preparing Excel reports and data entry
Managing files and documents
