A growing Afghan restaurant is looking for an experienced General Cook with strong knowledge of:
Afghan cuisine
Biryani / Kabuli / Cousin rice preparation
BBQ, grill & charcoal cooking
Meat marination and traditional spice preparation
Kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience
• Experience in Afghan / Middle Eastern / South Asian cuisine preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Team player with passion for quality food
Location: Bahrain, Tubli
