Description
Riyadh-based cable tray factory seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production (cutting, punching, forming, hot-dip galvanizing/powder coating)
Drive output targets, OEE, and on-time delivery
Manage quality systems, NCRs, and SASO compliance
Lead shop-floor team, shift planning, and Nitaqat workforce mix
Liaise with sales, procurement, and dispatch
Requirements:
5+ years in sheet metal / cable tray / steel fabrication
Strong knowledge of GI sheet processing, punching dies, and welding
Location: Riyadh, KSA
