Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Data Entry & Store Keeper for our hypermarket. The candidate should have supermarket experience and good product knowledge to manage inventory records and monitor product display on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
Record all incoming materials and products into the inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor stock levels and update the system to reflect current quantities.
Assist in stock-taking and reconciliation processes.

2.Store Floor Oversight: Check the materials and products on the sales floor to ensure they match system records.
Ensure products are displayed neatly, organized, and in the correct location.
Report discrepancies between actual stock and system records to the supervisor.

3.Data Entry Tasks:
Maintain accurate digital records for all products, including batch numbers, expiry dates (if applicable), and locations.
Generate periodic inventory reports as required by management.

4.General Support:
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Support other store operations as needed.

Requirements:

1.Experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations is required.
2.Good knowledge of supermarket products and categories.
3.computer and data entry skills.
4.Ability to handle stock checking and inventory tasks.
5.Good communication and organizational skills.

Working Hours

As per company policy and operational requirements.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: 2,200 SAR/month
